Ted Fletcher, President
Retired local businessman and community leader, Ted has served as Board president since the Board’s inception. He is our “go-to” person on issues related to Facilities Management and, along with Pat Brofman, our point person for Government and Community Relations.

Pat Brofman, Vice President
Pat is the organization’s volunteer coordinator and is our “go-to” person for those issues, as well as her joint responsibility with Ted for Government and Community Relations.

Mitch Gerson, Esq., Solicitor
Appearing regularly as a Judge in our productions of 1776, Mitch has served as Board Solicitor for the past 4 years.Mitch is the “go-to” person for financial/insurance/employment issues.

Marco Newton, Actor's Representative
A fifth season company member and MVP, Marco has been in more shows than almost any other company member. The first “non-management” producer for the company, he is instrumental in developing a stable of volunteers to assume both producer and director roles for the NET. Marco is the Production “go-to” Board member.

George Hartpence, Secretary
A second season NET member and MVP, George is seen in many capacities on and off stage at the theatre – actor, director, set designer/painter, stage floor sweeper.George is to “go to” member of the Board for matter dealing with Administration and Human Resources.

John Kistler, Member At-Large
President of Kistler & Dinapoli, Inc (DBA – MMP-FH)(Minuteman Press Fairless Hills), local businessman John brings a wealth of entrepreneurial skills to the Board. John’s “go-to” bailiwick is Marketing and Advertising.

Ruth Ann Mitchell, Member At-Large
With a background in non-profit business management, Ruth Ann brings a wealth of grant writing and fundraising experience and is therefore our “go-to” person on those issues.
